Very Fucking Hot!
Today we're expecting 41 degrees, and high 30s for the rest of the week. Man it's hot. Thank God for air-conditioning, but we've had to start thinking of things to do outside the house because we've all been going stir-crazy being locked up inside for the whole afternoon. It is just way too hot to go outside.
Yesterday we found the Adelaide Aquatic Centre and took Annabelle there for a splash in the baby pool. I think everyone else in Adelaide also had the same idea! At $6.20 per adult, they must be making a killing. Anyway.. she was hesitant at first but in the end we couldn't drag her out. It filled an afternoon, wore her out and we stayed cool. Excellent. :)
Another day we got in the car and drove up the coast. But even in the car with the air-con on full-blast it's still bloody hot. Westfields are a good option, except that I end up spending money I really don't have. Shame we can't take her to see a movie. Any other ideas..??

Move to a cooler area closer to the rest of your family?!
I'd be up for that but the husband might have something to say about it. Since he's the one that makes the moolah, Adelaide it is. *sigh*
